Our Reformer classes are a unique way of offering you a full body workout through resistance training. The reformer machine uses a series of springs to provide progressive resistance and it can be easily adjusted to suit your needs. Utilising the principles of Pilates this class will bring you an intense workout, while keeping your joints free of strain and pain, developing what you need with a very low chance of injury. XTEND BARRE & XTEND BARRE STICK
This fast paced, total body workout, sculpts the body proportionally so that all body parts are equally challenged. It strengthens, lengthens, and stretches the body from top to bottom, and inside out. The end result is a long and lean physique… without added bulk. Developed as a dance / Pilates fusion, the Xtend Barre workout combines the amazing results of dance with the principles of strength and safety of Pilates. Xtend Barre Stick includes the addition of resistance equipment for an increased challenge. Grip socks required.
Utilising the Principles of Pilates, this class will take you through a full body workout that focuses on core strength, body symmetry, balance, muscular development and mind-body connection.
A good variation of props will be used to help you stretch and tone all muscle groups. These include the Swiss balls, small balls, Thera Bands, BOSUs, Bodyblades and fitness circles.
Born in the Navy SEALs, TRX suspension training develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It utilises the TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly effective training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete a number of fun invigorating exercises. These classes cater to everyone, using your own body weight you can increase or decrease the amount of resistance you are putting through your body and muscles. Sport shoes required.
AntiGravity Pilates is an extension of the classic Pilates technique using the hammock as a single apparatus to replicate the traditional Pilates equipment.
AntiGravity Yoga is a slow stretching and meditative class in the hammock. This approach is perfect for those with a lower fitness level, or those who just like to take time to tune in at a deep level.
Yoga is an excellent way to develop your balance, strength, flexibility and inner awareness, whilst deeply relaxing and rejuvenating your whole being. Yoga at Oxygen Pilates is a perfect blend of Vinyasa flow yoga and Yin style stretches. This allows every level of yogi, from the beginner to advanced to experience the beautiful flowing movements of each posture linked via the breath connecting mind, body and spirit.
Cycle at Oxygen Pilates is a fat-burning full-body cardio workout on a bike. We’ve added hand weights and core work, all choreographed to rocking music to work you to the core. Cycle at Oxygen Pilates is a great way to get a vigorous workout, burning calories fast and keeping your muscles in shape. It is an excellent complement to your Pilates workout. Sport shoes required.
Oxygen Pilates offers a new client special for you to experience our services in a controlled, supported way. This is a private introductory session with an instructor that will include a postural assessment, an explanation of the principles of Pilates, instruction on how to activate your core muscles and how to operate the Pilates equipment. You’ll also have your very first workout on the reformer with a qualified Pilates Instructor, so that when you attend your first group class you will know what you’re doing! Grip socks required.

MUMMILATES (PRE & POST NATAL)
Pilates is an excellent exercise for women both pre and postnatal that are either looking to stay active during pregnancy or wanting to get back into training afterwards. These classes are fully supervised and run by instructors specifically qualified to handle the changes that occur during and after pregnancy. Our classes include Pregnancy Pilates for those expecting and Mums & Bubs classes for after your bundle of joy has arrived. Newborns are more than welcome in our post natal classes and are a great way to bond and exercise with your baby. Please contact directly to book.

Come and enjoy a different type of challenging and fun workout. These private classes are conducted by Philippa Hayball, ex Cirque Du Soleil performer of aerial hoop, and Sherrelle Dolphin. They will take you through the moves to enhance your body strength and flexibility, with a little bit of circus fun mixed in too! These classes are also for circus arts students wanting aerial work.
