Yes you have to be over the age of 16 years old to attend an Oxygen Pilates class. There is no maximum age limitations and we welcome and encourage the elderly to attend our classes.

Yes you can bring your baby up until the point of walking, but only to a specific Mums&Bubs Pilates class. Please contact our studio in advance before booking into these classes.
Please wait until you have received the all clear from your 6 week check-up and your Obstetrician has given you the all clear to resume exercise. Please inform our staff prior to your return so they can consider your needs in advance.
Before booking your first group class, please contact your local studio for a list of qualified pre and post-natal Trainers. You must inform your Trainer what week you are up to at the beginning of each class, as modifications of certain exercises will be required. You must also have your Obstetrician give you authorisation to exercise prior to your first class.

The Introductory offers are only available to new clients of Oxygen Pilates (first timers) and is activated from the date of your first booking.

Yes, sessions are transferrable to friends and family, however can only be used at the studio you purchased them from.
We do not allow suspensions or extensions on your Introductory Offer (1 weeks) or package passes (see expiray terms) unless you are injured, in which case we will ask for a medical certificate from your doctor. Please be aware when purchasing your packages of the expiry dates. Any unused sessions will expire.
Unfortunately, no. The booking system won’t let you. You will need to log out of one booking system and close the window down before opening a new one for a new location.
Sure you can, however you will need to create a new account at each studio separately and purchase a valid session pack for each studio individually.
Classes need a minimum of 2 clients to proceed. Classes will be cancelled up to 24 hours before the start time of the class if there are less than 2 people booked in.
Our small group classes do frequently get booked out. If your ideal class time is fully booked we recommend adding yourself to the waitlist. When a position opens, you will be notified of availability and you can select to book the class.
All of our classes include a warm up and a cool down. If you are more than 5 minutes late to your class then you may not be able to join, and you Trainer can turn you away from the class.
Unfortunately, no. We have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. We understand that life can sometimes get in the way, but we need to be strict and fair to all clients.
Exercise is such a personal thing, depending on your fitness levels and personal goals. We recommend a minimum of 2 classes per week to see resuts.
All group classes are for 55 minutes, of which a few minutes will be set aside at the end of class for cleaning the equipment and props used during the session.
We have a maximum of 8 clients per reformer class, and 16 per Mat/Barre/TRX/Yoga classes.
We encourage our clients to give all the services a try and find what really suits them. All our services offer something different so it is good to challenge yourself in different ways.

This depends on the number and frequency of classes you attend. If you’re coming twice per week (our recommended minimum), we expect you’ll see results within 6 weeks (or less in alot of cases). As Joseph Pilate’s said: “In 10 sessions you’ll feel the difference. In 20 sessions you will see the difference. And in 30 sessions you will have a new body!”
